Q: What shipping options are available?
A: - Ground shipping: $10, allowing 4-5 business days
- Express shipping: $15, allowing 3-4 business days

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Shipping fees are waived on orders over $500 and during some promotional campaigns.

Q: Can I ship my order to an international location?
A: No, currently we are only able to accept orders to shipping addresses within the United States. While our designer is based in Italy, our business operations are based in the United States. New jewelry pieces are periodically brought back from Italy and all orders are shipped out of our corporate office in the United States.

Q: Can I ship my order to a P.O. Box?
A: To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Tailored Treasure does not ship orders to P.O. Boxes. Tailored Treasure is able to accept P.O. Box addresses for your billing needs.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Articles are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 30 days.

Q: How will my items be packaged?
A: All Tailored Treasure purchases arrive in signature TT Purple Boxes.

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Ordering on TailoredTreasure.com is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the "ADD TO CART" button to place it in your Shopping Cart. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, when you will be asked for your credit card information.

A: Prices on TailoredTreasure.com are subject to change without notice. Please expect to be charged the price listed for the Tailored Treasure merchandise you buy as it is listed on the day of purchase.
